My gaming PC has been having some issues recently, being that everytime I load a game such as Overwatch, Minecraft, Rust etc. The GPU fans will spin at max RPM and my monitor will go into 'Power saving mode'. So far I've tried:
-Updating GPU drivers
-Reinstalling NVidia GeForce experience
-Updating Windows
-Reverting back to 60 hZ (from 75)
And none of it has fixed the issue. Any suggestions? (Its not a temp issue either, or at least I'm fairly certain)
Edit: Here are the system specs:
CPU: i5 8600k
GPU: Asus Strix GTX 1070 OC
MoBo: MSI Gaming Plus Z370
16 GB RAM
