computer issuse not working

I have put all the parts of my computer together. But none of the fans turning on. I have checked all of the connections and nothing is incorrectly placed. I have tested to see if the power supply work and it does. I would appreciate if anyone could tell me what the issue is.

No way to say what the issue is could be anything from a wire not connected, bad case power button, bad motherboard, bad power supply, CPU not seated, many things. Someone would have to be there to look over the system if all the connections are right. How did you test the power supply?

Have someone near you that has build systems before look over how you put it together. Start with a bare motherboard, remove CPU, RAM, etc.. and start from scratch.

I have connected all the connections correctly. I had one of my friends check it for me and he thinks it may be that the motherboard is "burnt out". He is an expert in computers so i am gonna go buy a new motherboard. Thank you
