Question Computer keep crashing after 20 or so after turning on

He guys need your help I have just built a budget PC with r3 2200g, gigabyte b450 m ds3h mother board,8 gb of ram hyperx fury 2400 MHz , strix Vega 64,cooler master mwe 750 w psu,1 tb Seagate barracuda hdd,and a super old 160 gb boot HDD note: the 160 gb HDD is a temporary measure to just run my PC and test parts because my SSD broke a few months before so my problem is that when ever I boot in my system it starts up and show a windows loading screen like windows xp although it boots into desktop but when I look at my PC stats in task manager it always shows my 160 gig drive at 100% and if I try to install a game or any programs on it crashes after 20 to 25 mins after that I thought it was windows or my super duper old drive so I just formatted my drive and put a fresh windows on it still the problem continue some guys told it's my mother board but all my hard ware perform perfectly my CPU complete cinebench without crashing my GPU completed 5 rounds heaven with out crashing but when ever I try to load any game on PC it crashes after one level or in middle of level my temps are also fine so what is it,is it my 160 gig older than god HDD or is it my mother board is my HDD is bottlenecking my rest of PC so badly that it just crashes or it it a bad mother board and should I file returning req for it

At Max it gets to 75°c
