Computer keep restarting

Hi Sir,
My system keep restarting when power up. When the window screen came out and about to turn to windows, a split second of a blue screen (with text) but so fast that I cannot even read appear and the system immediately restart...and over and over again.
My system is a XP, and I do not have a BOOT disk nor CD to boot it up...is there any other way for me to restart the system?

Do you have Mc Afee anti Virus?

Tap F8 on startup to access the advanced boot menu. Arrow down and disable the automatic restart on system failure. Then you'll be able to see the technical information of the BSOD.

Try booting with only 1 RAM chip at a time.
