Computer keeps booting into F11 recovery

Hello, my problem is that my computer keeps booting into F11 Recovery and cannot get into Safe Mode or into the BIOS it all began when my computer kept getting a black screen when I would login to my computer. I would plug in my USB with Windows 8 because it asked for an OS but it says it wouldn't find a OS is there a solution to this? Thank you.


What it exactly says:

Press F11 to start recovery

An operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

That's why your PC keeps booting in to the F11 Recovery prompt - - you need to run it to restore the operating system, so go ahead and press F11 at the prompt.
