What is the make, model and SKU of your laptop?
What game are you taxing the laptop with?

Games stress the CPU and GPU. If this only happens with games, I'd monitor the cpu and gpu temps that occur when you reproduce the problem. When I try to play games my laptop screen will go pixelated and then freeze. I then have to hold the power button in to turn it off. New to computers and I don't know what is happening.![]()
I watched the temps this time, and both the cpu and gpu stayed at high 50s and high 60s occasionally. It still crashed after a couple of minutes. I don't know if this will help, but when it was starting back up it said repairing and scanning drive at the bottom of the screen.Games stress the CPU and GPU. I have tried again after not being on it for a few days and it said repairing disk errors. I watched the temperature again, and this time it got to high 70s for the cpu and low 70s for the gpu. I did another one after that and it got to 65 on the cpu and 59 on the gpu and still did the same thing.I watched the temps this time, and both the cpu and gpu stayed at high 50s and high 60s occasionally.
