So to begin my breaker tripped in my room and my computer wouldn't boot after that. After Troubleshooting I found it to be an SSD that had nothing to do with Boot. Removed it other SSD still didn't want to boot. Would be detected in an External HDD/SDD bay though.
So I refreshed Windows to Windows Home. Got all my drivers updated, my GPU Updated, windows updated and a game I've put countless hours on crashes. See Event Log Below.
I've also noticed it reverts all the game settings back to default when it crashes.
Twice the whole computer has frozen during the middle of this but nothing in the Event Viewer Logs.
I had absolutely no issues with the computer before the breaker tripping.

Any ideas please let me know. I'm stuck and this is driving me crazy.

Seems to only do it to Runescape have downloaded a few others and played them with no issue. This game runs through Steam and Also has a stand-alone client. Does it to both of them

Things I've Done So Far.
Updated all drivers
Used only one monitor instead of Dual.
Ran a Mem test and 0 errors came back after like 4 hours of testing.
Cleared the CMOS Battery
Re Seated the Ram after trying only one stick at a time
Tried using an anti-virus instead of Windows Defender
Ran SFC Scan now
Ran the DISM checks
Pulled the GPU and used MOBO Graphics. - Currently Testing Will Post discovery after some time. - Crashed again. See comment for log.
nothing looks burnt from what I can see.
It will crash even if I do not do anything but launch the game and leave it.
Tried Windows Home
Tried Windows Education edition
Ran Steam as an Admin
Ran RuneScape as an Admin
Installed through Steam to an HDD instead of my SSD and the same issue
installed Java
Ran the Client in Compatibility mode for windows 8
Ran a registry cleanup
Manually re-installed Graphics Driver from Website
have tried a new profile for windows
Tried as the local administrator
Rebooted the router and the modem
