Hey there, first time posting a question here. So I recently got into the pc gaming scene and built my first in November. 2017. At the beginning of the new year my computer started to shut down and reboot but only when I would be playing games such as World of Warcraft or Final Fantasy XIV, however when I would play fortnite or overwatch my computer works perfectly fine. I have no idea what is going on and was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this. Also its not a blue screen crash, it just completely shut downs and then tries to reboot.

SPECS:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (No overclock)
NZXT Kracken x62 Rev 2
MSI B350-Tomahawk MOBO
16 GB DDR4 GSkill Trident Z RGB
EVGA 1060 6GB SSC
EVGA 500BQ

Check your temps to see if your CPU or GPU are overheating. If your temps are fine, the next likely suspect is that your power supply is having trouble delivering enough power with your system under heavy load and is causing the system to shut down. The EVGA BQ line isn't particularly good, but the 500 Watt unit should still be enough for your system unless you have a lot of power hungry USB peripherals that you haven't mentioned in your specs.

I'd try a stress test like Furmark or Catzilla to see if you can trigger this shutdown without a game being played. This would tend to prove it's a temperature and/or power supply issue if it happens without using a game. If it only happens when playing a certain game or games, that tends to prove it's a game related issue.
