Computer Keeps Crashing

So a couple days ago my computer was working fine. I shut it off that night and came back to it later. When I turned it back on, I got a blue screen that said something like Windows had experienced an error and shut down, then did a memory dump. I restarted it, and this time my monitor had no signal. I came back to it today and launched it in safe mode and restored it back to Nov. 1. It crashed again about 2 hours after. I also noticed that my monitor will only get a signal when I shut it off, replug the HDMI cord, and turn it back on. Any suggestions on what to do? Here are my specs

Intel core I5-6500
8GB DDR4 RAM
650W PSU
Zotac GTX 1060
1TB HD
MSI H110i Pro AC mini

Also, I forgot to mention that if I start Windows normally, that after I sign in it black screens for a couple minutes then crashes. In this black screen I can move my mouse around but nothing is there.
