Computer keeps freezing due to error code 43

Hello,
My computer keeps freezing up and becomes non-responsive. I have an error code 43 "unknown device not working properly" The device is an unknown USB. I haven't made any changes to my laptop or docking station in a year! but this problem just started about 2 weeks ago. Should I uninstall the device - even if I have no idea what that device is? AM concerned that I might disable something imporant

What device is it?

Uninstall and install latest driver.

Did u upgrade any drivers?
