[SOLVED] Computer keeps freezing. HELP

My computer randomly keeps freezing after a long period of time. At first I thought maybe the CPU was thermal throttling while i was using the air cooler witing for a replacement part for my AIO. But now that i have the AIO installed and it still freezes idk. The exact issue is the screen turns black except for the taskbar, this happens on both monitors. I ran a UserBenchmark test and everything was performing as expected or above and as far as i can tell thermals on both CPU and GPU are great. I just recently re-installed windows and got a new CPU/mobo (3900X). At this point i have no further idea of the possible issues. Could it be a faulty CPU? Faulty Motherboard? Corrupt windows install?

CPU: Ryzen 3900X
Mobo: Gigabyte Aorus Elite Wifi
GPU: EVGA 2080 Super
OS Drive: Samsung 860 EVO 500GB

Yes I have the latest NVIDIA drivers installed, Yes i have the latest windows update installed

If the screen turns black but you still have the taskbar, that is a problem with Windows. Probably a corrupt Windows install.
