Computer keeps freezing in a weird way...

So recently i have an issue i notice it only while i play games, Computer is giving me some kind of looped picture but i cant use my mouse keyboard or anything, its just stay "frozen" and i have to rr, is there any solution for this is it hardware or software ?

Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
AMD FX4300
HyperX DDR3 8GB
ASUS M5A78L-M LX3
AMD R9 270X
1TB WD BLUE
