Hello,
I am trying to fix my mother's computer because she said she kept getting blue screens. I had updated the computer a while back and took a break from fixing it due to school. I tried booting it up and it seems to randomly freeze. From checking Windows updates to plugging something in to transfer files, the computer persists to freeze.
When I had tried to fix it before, I ran a MemTest, but no errors occured. I also have been wanting to back up the files on that hard drive to another, but the computer always freezes, so I don't want to risk damaging any files.
