Question Computer Keeps Freezing While Videos Play

This has been going on for a long time: my computer randomly freezes sometimes when I'm playing a video, and the only thing I can do is hold down the power button until it shuts off. I notice this happens more when I'm due for a graphics card driver update, but it happens even the day after an update. How do I troubleshoot this?
