Computer keeps freezing

I recently upgraded my computer by adding another GPU (MSI Geforce GTX 970) and after that it keeps freezing when I play games and in idle too. What can be the cause?

My PC:
2x MSI Geforce GTX 970 (SLI)
Intel Core i7-4790K
Fractal Design Kelvin S36 CPU Cooler
MSI Z97 Gaming 5, Socket-1150
HyperX Fury DDR3 1866 MHz 16GB
Samsung 850 EVO 120GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Corsair TX750W (Bought in 2010)

Did you clean install the OS? Or did you just throw an HDD or SSD with Windows installed into this build? That could do it.

I clean installed the OS on my SSD, temperatures is looking totally fine.

with freezing do you mean that it stops responding and after some time it comes back or it stats frozen, do you get any blue screens?

It freezes so that the picture and sound doesn't respond and sometimes it restarts, other times I have to manually shut down the computer. No blue screens.

I would take that Corsair PSU out and get a new one, that's really old, might be causing the issue.

First reinstall the video driver with both GPU's installed then if you still get problems I would ask if you could borrow a PSU off a family member or friend then switch it out with yours and see if that fixe the issue.

Maybe your mob is broken, or one of the two gpus does not work properly, try starting it with only one gpu connected and see if it does so again

If I run the computer with only one of the GPU's, it seems not to freeze

If I run the computer with only one of the GPU's, it seems not to freeze

Do you mean that it does not freeze with one specific card of the two, or it does not freeze with both cards when you run them seperatly
