Question Computer Keeps Freezing

I have bought an
Asua Maximus Formula Xi
I7 9700K
when I installed this new motherboard and cpu, my computer keeps freezing. At first i thought that it was the drivers which were from last motherboard and cpu I had were causing the problem, as I forgot to do a fresh install of windows. So I went ahead and bought a new ssd but my computer still freezes. I have switched the data cables with new ones.I cant even install windows because it freezes every time during the set up. I know that is not the ram as I have two different sets of ram and I have tried them all but the problem still happens. Has anyone delt with this problem before?

Do you have the User Guide/Manual for the motherboard?

Any troubleshooting beep codes or LED indicators?

The motherboard posts fine and the code stays at 00 and gets to the bios, once I select for it to install windows and it gets to the installation process it freezes.

Where did you get the Windows OS? What edition and version?

I Returned the motherboard back for a refund and purchased a new one. Hopefully that one works
