Computer Keeps Making Sounds Like It's About To Crash

So this is a bit of an odd issue...

First of all, let me preface this by saying that I've been getting Blue Screens of Death pretty consistently for the last few months. I've tested my RAM (through the Windows tester as opposed to Memtest, unfortunately) but it brought up no issues.

Recently what has started to happen is that my computer SOUND like it's about to BSOD but doesn't. In case you're not sure what I mean when I say it sounds like it's about to crash, you know the vibrating sort of audio that your PC outputs during a BSOD (at least some of the time)? It's basically that, but for a split second. It's been happening more and more lately and I'm worried that my PC is about to kick the bucket.

it sonuds like a HDD issue,
or the fan on your cpu is going out and you need to replace it.

those are really the only phiscal sounds you PC can make except for the DVD but that would not cause it to crash.

very last thing would be you PSU (power suply) if say the capacitors are failing and poping then you need to change it quick!

i would open the side of you case and and try to idetfiy where excatly the noise is comig from. a list of your spec would be nice to work with.
you can also try to i dtify it by your "blue screen logs" that windows leaves behind
http://www.howtogeek.com/163452/everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-blue-screen-of-death/
a link to try to see where you can find them and report back.

might also want to do a check disk on next start up and check ur s.m.a.r.t of you hdd see iff its buggy.

I should have clarified, this isn't a PHYSICAL sound, it goes through my headphones/speakers.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff800f2fe3a57, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: ffffd00071e860c8, Exception Record Address
Arg4: ffffd00071e858e0, Context Record Address

Do you know which ones? So I can either update or get rid of them?

Also, this is a fairly fresh install of Windows 10, I was getting these BSODs on Windows 7 and those never got fixed despite deleting and updating drivers.

something might not be compatible with win 10 or you have malware. either go back to win 7 or update all ther drivers of your motherboard for windos 10
i think the first one is you network card. and that just brings the rest down.
and install you usb drivers ucx01000.sys those can also be causeing a problem

Well this was happening on Windows 7 anyway so I think we can rule out incompatibility and it's definitely not malware. I haven't clicked on hotladies.png.exe in years.

have you tryed to patch your watchdogs game? its a cool game but it was buggy in the beginning try finding some patches for it. and check see if your pc is clean. not over heating.
check overclocks see if something is over clocked too high and may be wearing down...
othere wise there is faulty hardware in your PC. find it, fix it. cant think of anything else.

I don't have Watch_Dogs installed, and it has never been installed on this install of Windows 10. I haven't overclocked anything either.

You are aware that watchdog.sys is a Windows file right? I don't think deleting it is the best idea.
