Hello,
first of all, I want to say that I am not that good with computers and I have won this computer, so I don't really know if the parts are all compatible. So, my computer keeps randomly freezing, mostly when I try to play games ( than I use more resources of my computer ), and I have to do a force reset.

My computer spec.:
GPU Card - Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080
CPU - AMD FX 9590 eight core
Mother Board - Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
Ram - HyperX Fury 8Gb DDR3
PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2

Please someone help me fix this problem, I can't use my computer normaly because of this.

So downclocking my CPU would help? And if so, how could I do it? Should I take it to hardware shop or I could do it by myself? And for how much should I downclock?

Is there any risk to break something unfixibly by downclocking? And how much should I downclock so that my computer wouldn't freeze?

There's always a risk with changing the stock frequency of a CPU, but in your case the risk is greater and yes you could irreparably damage hardware. It's unlikely, but you do it at your own risk. On the other hand you may be damaging hardware running it as it is.Your only other choice would be to get another board. As for how much to underclock, just see what frequency you can get a stable system running. It still may not solve the problem though.

And how to know if my processor is compatible with the motherboard? Because I see many discussions and I can't understand which one I should choose for my proccesor. And I see alot that I need at least 1000W power supply and either closed loop liquid cooling or full system liquid cooling. Now I have EVGA G2 750 and just a Noctua fan cooling. Should I change these as well or am I good? Or is it best to just change the proccesor to something like AMD FX 8350 and nothing else?
