Question Computer keeps rebooting to BIOS screen only

I have a new PC build that originally worked perfectly. I shipped the PC and am unsure if any damage took place. The video card was not seated properly when it arrived and we had to replace this since there were issues with the blue screen of death and color distortion. Replaced the video card, color is good now, however Windows 10 still producing an error. Attempting to do a clean reinstall of windows, however, the system now continues to only reboot to Bios. The boot order is selected properly to the thumb drive, but we cannot get it to initiate the download of the OS. Please help. Could the MOBO be the issue? Fans are working, diagnostic of SSD came back successful, reset memory sticks.

Yes, after the computer shipped, we got the blue screen of death from windows. So uninstalled and then are trying to do a clean boot. However, now we can’t get out of bios.

Have you done the remove motherboard battery for five minutes to reset the bios?(with the computer unplugged from power source)

How did you prepare windows USB installation media?

with windows 10 media creation tool?​

with rufus? What rufus options did you use?​

I have not, I’m not located where the computer is atm. Trying to troubleshoot over FaceTime. I will try this soon and keep you posted.

Yes, windows 10 creation tool is being used. Did not use rufus. The odd thing is that when in the bios boot order screen, it is reading the bootable usb drive. It just bypasses it every time and jumps straight into bios. I will have to get screenshots later as i am not located where the computer currently is.

The BIOS itself might be the issue. I'd look at your motherboard's support page and download the latest BIOS for it, put it on a USB stick and flash the BIOS.
