I'm new to this site as I never had an issue I couldnt solve just researching some threads. I have found similar problems others are having but havent been able to find a fix, even though some of the threads are resolved.

So when I first got this CPU I never OC'd it and i was able to play games fine, even while the GPU was OC'd. I was playing games like Mass Effect Andromeda, Battlefield 1, RE7 without any issues.

I recently learned how to OC a CPU. All I did was increase my multiplier to 47 and increased the core voltage to 1.2-1.3.

Ever since then, when I am playing games the compute will just shut down and restart. No blue screen or any type of error message. Just a fast reboot. I reset the values to default manually and tried to play again. Same thing at stock values. Then I reset the bios using the CMOS method and when I started up the mobo said everything was reset to default values.

I get to gaming again and the computer does the same thing.

I ran memtest and passed 100%. I also ran prime95 each time I changed the multiplier and voltage. It passed prim95 ever time. about 16 hours without crashing even on 47 at 1.25. But once again, when I game, this happens.

I downloaded HWmonitor because it helped someone diagnose another persons issues. Can someone check out my log and tell me if you see any anomalies? This log was created just before i started playing wildlands and the PC just restarted.

Solution
How did you do the clear cmos? If by battery method try the jumper too.
If done that make sure you set the optimal default values. After that make sure you enable XMP for best ram settings.I assume your ram runs at >1600mhz.
