Computer keeps restarting its self

So I just put on a new motherboard and graphics card and now it keeps restarting after a few minutes of being on. It wasn't a "new" motherboard my old one stopped working so I ordered the same one and put it in. And when my computer is on the hdd is constantly running at 100%. At first I thought it may be conflicting drivers but that wasn't the issue.

750 watt psu
Gtx 1060 6gb
Amd fx 9590 cpu
8gb ddr3 ram
Gigabyte 78lmt-usb3 motherboard
Windows 10 64
2tb hdd

That motherboard does not support that processor and it's massive 220 Watt power draw.
