Hi, I've had a system for a couple years now (built in Nov 2019) and I have never experienced this issue and im wondering if this is my PSU failing or something else. I have a AMD Radeon RX 5700 GPU, a Ryzen 3700x 8 Core CPU, a Bronze rated 80+ EVGA 650 bq PSU, and a MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge Wifi motherboard. Multiple times over the last summer I would say maybe once or twice a month my computer would randomly completely shut down and I would need to restart it. I thought nothing of it but I recently moved and this problem has become much worse since. I have been trying to update a game on Epic Games and since my internet is bad right now I can only handle about 2mb/s download speed. This has meant that this update has taken me multiple hours to do. Usually about 30-45mins into the update my computer will randomly shut down. Using AMD's software I have been monitoring my CPU and GPU temps and neither seem to spike or have any power changes right before the restart so I don't think this is an overheating issue. At this point I think this is a PSU issue but I am unsure about how to troubleshoot this. My power supply is old and I have not upgraded it or any other components of my computer since the initial build in 2019 so this shouldn't be the PSU's wattage being surpassed. I was also careful during transport so I doubt this is a result of a travel related injury. Any input would be appreciated.

I would have suspected temperatures, but I'll assume that the temperatures aren't a problem (generally, specifics are preferred rather than assurances as we get a lot of people who don't know what safe temperatures are). It wouldn't initially strike me as a PSU problem, but since this was a pretty low-quality PSU, especially for these specs, I'd certainly swap out the PSU for something of better quality since it's something that ought to be done anyway.

Sorry about that, low stress temps for me are generally around 50-55 C for GPU and 45-50 C for my CPU, under heavy loads my CPU generally goes to around 65-75 C (during the updating my CPU was around 65 C and GPU unchanged from the 55C usual). I know these temps are on the higher end but my comp has always ran this hot. I've never seen temps higher then 80 before on my CPU but I am not always checking so it might go that high under extreme stress from games or whatnot.
