Computer keeps restarting randomly

Hello,

I recently upgraded my desktop with a new CPU and GPU. After few days random restarts started happening. I dont get a BSOD, just random restarts. I noticed that most times it happened when I played games but also sometimes when just using the PC for normal things.
Checking the Event Logger of windows I see this error occuring many times "Kernel - Power, ID 41".
I have tried everything that I found on internet. Driver update, RAM checking, Antivirus unistall. Also temperatures are in normal standars. I think the problem is either the PSU or Motherboard. Is there any method to find the problem and not just spend cash on buying new PSU or MOBO without reason?

My Specs are:
AMD FX-8350
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P (rev1.0)
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 G1 Gaming 2GB
Kingston 4GB DDR3 & Kingston 8GB DDR3
Seagate 1TB HDD
Coolermaster 500W (model number: RS-500-ACAB-B1)

Any ideas please?

Power Supply is faulty or has insignificant power to run your computer. Replace the power supply.

Is there a way to check also the motherboard for possible malfunctioning?

Furthermore I am thinking of buying this one http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/80-plus/masterwatt-650/
I believe it is can provide sufficient power. Otherwise I was thinking of a similar model from Corsair (but it has white 80Plus). Whats your opinion? I dont have a high budget. 80-100 Euro.

I recommend Seasonic for your new power supply. I don't know of a specific way to test the motherboard. You could try testing the power supply in another computer, if you have the same issues as before then you could be certain its the PSU. Unfortunately, this test would be risky to the computer you transplant the PSU into,
