I changed hdd from other computer to one i use so when i turn it on it reaches windows logo then restarts again and again. It have windows 7 installed. So how can i fix this or can i reinstall win 7 and how.

Just to be clear here, You took a bootable hard drive from 1 computer and installed it to another computer as the boot drive as well and when you get to the Windows Logo it reboots?

You cannot do that, as the two computers likely have completely different hardware and therefore the drivers on that Windows 7 install will not work with the hardware in the new computer. You need to format and reinstall Win 7. To do that you need the Win 7 disc in your DVD drive, and set your BIOS to boot from the DVD drive. When you restart with the disc in it will take you through the setup steps, its very simple.

That is a 'maybe'. It depends on what license he has, which we do not know.

idk i bought used pc one had win vista sticker on it and installed win 7 from that pc i took hdd and put it in the other pc that does not have any sticker on it but also it had win 7 installed

Either way its not going to work. if you have a Windows 7 install disc you should go ahead and re-install it and format the drive.

Use the product key that you used on the previous install of Win 7 that computer and you will be fine.

i dont have win7 cd but can i try to use pirated version and burn it on cd then installit cuz thats how i updateted win 7 32 bit to win 7 64 bit and it worked fine didnt asked me for key.

And this conversation is done.

Buy a valid, legal, Windows install
Install it.

Tom's Hardware does not support piracy of any kind.
You have here the only valid answer to what you seek.

Closing this.
