computer keeps shutting down and rebooting straight after

So i just built my pc and all of a sudden it keeps shutting down and then starting right after with the ASUS error message power supply surges and it keeps happening i think i have a faulty power supply what do you guys think?

Im an idiot and one of my psu cables was not plugged in properly after that all problems were solved. I guess im just an idiot.
