Hi so basically I have my PC and i've had it for a year now and when I try to play games it just shuts off after running the game for about 30 minutes, is the computer overheating? I downloaded temperature check programs and the CPU temp is around 50 - 60 which is fine and the graphics card im assuming is also fine..

As for the power supply everytime it shuts off the power supply is burning hot when I touch it. The power supply is a 550W Cooler Master and I've had this problem for about 1 or 2 weeks now but I'm finally asking whats the problem.

Would the problem be the Power supply? My computer is a fresh install of windows 7 so it can't be viruses.

They both are around 63 - 66 gpu and cpu.

any other suggestions from you or anyone else?

What do you mean don't bump threads? I'm not trying to, I'm seeking for a answer.

Im going to buy a new PSU if you guys say this is the problem, which PSU would be best but not too expensive?

Graphics card: 650 TI boost 2GB EVGA so it also has to be compatible and have that 6 cord to plug in the top of it for more power.
Thanks
