Computer keeps trying to find acer updater but cant find it

Ive been having an annoying command prompt keep popping up spamming cant find acer updater.xml and dont know what to do.

Have you gone into Programs and Features and tried uninstalling Acer Updater?
Also, instead of looking at running processes, look in Startup, and disable Acer Updater there.
