Question Computer Lagging?

I've been having an issue that is new. Whenever I am casually using my computer for homework, I get times where my pointer lags really bad and it won't let me press anything on the screen. It is NOT a lack of resource issue. Whenever it happens, the fans don't even make noise (indicating CPU load) and my computer is purely SSD storage. I have gotten little pop-up boxes with an error code at times, but unfortunately I did not write them down. I wish I wouldn't have ignored it because I'm giving you guys a very vague scenario that probably has many causes. If the pop up comes again, I will be sure to write it down! Something tells me that the pop up is related to a memory (RAM) problem, but I'm not sure. I was going through my event logs, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I'm going to include a picture of task manager for the highest possible load I do while doing homework.

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
cpu/gpu temp?
ram/hdd/sdd usage?
malware scan the system?

I included the pictures of the tasks I do when it lags. While it's lagging I can't do anything, so I can't check anything. I'm doing a malware scan now!

XMP enabled, DDR4-2666 and CPU clocks are on auto. Full-system scan came out good, only 2 tracking cookies.

mixing ram kit? ran memory test?
how full is the ssd?
check the cpu/gpu temp?
