Computer lags after every 10-15mins and then explorer.exe restarts itself

My PC lags every after 10-15mins for around 30secs and then explorer.exe restarts itself. Beacuse of this I am unable to do file transfers as explorer.exe restarts itself.
Can you please provide a fix for it ?

Go to task manager > Startup tab and disable all items then restart your computer. If this fixes your problem, enable each one and restart until you find the program causing the issue.
