Question Computer lags when I move mouse too fast ?

Title says it all, have tried everything but can't figure this out.

I recorded a video to show what I mean. Anytime I move my mouse too fast my pc starts to lag (you can hear the music glitching) but it's only when the cursor has to change the way it looks. I've tried switching ports and everything basically.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Make and model mouse?

What other processes are running in the background?

Appears to be lots of Network "spikes" occurring as well. What processes are running there?

Key is to identify what system resources are being used, to what extent (%), and what is using any given resource.

Be sure to look in Task Manager as well.

And Process Explorer (Microsoft - free) may prove helpful.
