"Computer" is very broad.....
There are many available programs that offer IT degrees and certifications.
For the most part, as I understand, certifications are no longer valued as they once were.
And, furthermore, even many degrees are not as they once were. A BS no longer being sufficient. Master's level work being a requirement for many employers. Maybe a BS with added work experience.
Start reading IT "employment ads". Learn what skills and skill levels are being sought by companies providing IT services. Even if hired to do "X" you are likely to end up doing "Y" instead....
Plus it is no longer enough to be a specialist. You need a much broader skill set: people skills, communication (speaking and writing) skills, research skills, "hands on practical skills".
Being self-motivated, willing to work extra when necessary, accept responsibility, be honest, not be a hassle to co-worker and your supervisors. Strong work ethics.
It is all too easy nowadays to "buy" a degree or certification. (And I am certainly not going to suggest any programs of that nature.) Most of those programs exist only for profit. You will pay much and learn little.
What work have you done? How many Universities, Colleges, IT programs have you contacted? What programs or degree paths do they offer? Some may provide credit for prior education, work , or other related experience.
I have no idea about what educational opportunities are available in India. I could probably get some idea via a bit of googling. Not a reliable method per se but would serve as a starting point, Especially for formal education via certifed, accredited institutions.
What are your interests: coding, hardware, networking, cyber, AI, ....?
What talents do you have: education to date, work experience to date, what have you professionally accomplished. [Note: Rhetorical question - not asking and do not post any personally revealing information.]
What are your goals? Which can and will change. (Or be changed for you.)
Only you know the answers to those questions.
There are no institutions with a magic degree that will accomplish your posted objectives. You must and will need to work for it.

Note: you ask many questions here and that is fair.
However, you need to learn how to include what you believe are the answers and provide supporting details and references accordingly.
It is one thing to ask "How do I....."
It is another thing to ask "How do I.....and then include how you think or believe it should be done.
Employers look for that....
