Computer literally wont start up.

Hi, yesterday i got bsod error 0x00000f4 on my computer and after trying to restart it, my computer literally wont start anymore. No sign of any life, fans wont spin, no lights, nothing.

I really would appreciated any help regarding to my problem.

I already tried cmos clear, but not battery removal. I was thinking about trying to test tomorrow if my power supply is working with paper clip test i saw on youtube.

Remove everything except Mobo+CPU and see if it boots into BIOS.
