Computer loses video signal randomly and sometimes restarts.

I have recently moved into a new house and I am having a problem with my computer shutting off randomly and restarting or the screen just loses signal. I've tried to test a bunch of different things like testing the power supply. I took it to a friends house and the computer ran for like 24 hours straight. But as soon as I took it back home it would start crashing again. I have tried plugging in to just about ever wall socket in my house. Sometimes it will last for an hour or 2. And sometimes 2 minutes. It's completely intermittent too because I've ran stress test and it sometimes happens and sometimes it passes. And the just idling on the desktop it will either sit there for several hours or just randomly shut off. I have no idea what it is. Because it works perfectly fine at my friends house. Could something be wrong with my house? Like power surges or power drops? Thanks

This definitely sounds like you have issues with power delivery in your home. I would recommend you have a qualified electrician come out and do an inspection Immediately!

There are things that can be done in the extremely unlikely event you have no other issues with your home's wiring other than inconsistent/irregular voltage but you really should have someone qualified take a look at what is causing this issue in your house.
