I just upgraded my computer and started to hear a loud buzz every couple of minutes. Even when the computer is turned off it makes a loud buzz every couple of minutes. Is there something wrong with it?

Yes it could; it might be as simple as dislodged dust bunnies; try a vacuum cleaner with soft brush attachment on all the vented areas of the psu and then try the system again.

I actually had this happen on my mums PC a few months ago, but totally forgot about it until you asked.
Depending on the buzz noise it could be a couple different things. It could either be a hard drive issue (a lot less likely) or it's just a fan making the noise. My guess is probably the fan because they can cause vibrations, making for a typical buzzing type noise.

It could be literally any fan, including the heatsink. I had a similar problem and it stopped after replacing my heatsink.

Hmm, I wouldn't be 100% sure then. Just make sure that nothing is ramping up to full power whenever the buzz happens. Not sure exactly what it could be off the top of my head.

Did you add/change any fans during the upgrade; it might be a heterodyne effect; where 2 or more fan vibration patterns amplify each other and cause the case to buzz.
Try pressing your fingers along the panel edges, to see if that mutes the buzz.

You dont say if you have water cooling; if you do, and it isnt an AIO unit, it could be air in the system, although that is more of a fizz than a buzz.
