Computer making a lot of noise

I bought a new PC some time ago, mainly for gaming, but i am having a lot of problem with noise and possibly overheating. When i am on an intensive game like The witcher and battlefield 3, my PC gets very hot and VERY noisy ( the noise is really annoying), so i wonder what should i do?

Might be worth mentioning that when a power intensive object is turned on ( for example, the oven), the monitor ``turns off` for a few seconds, it appears a black screen like it was turned off

this is a laptop so it need to have air around to cool it when was the last time did you dust it also you must be connected on the same line as the oven with your monitor so the cicuit braker or the fuse could not handle that muck of power you ask from and temporary switch off try the system in another wall plug that is not on the same line as the oven

The heatsink fan and case fan (if your comp has one) are spinning faster to cool down your parts.

Seems obvious but good to know anyway.

sorry for the mistake open you case and see if all your fan works the temp 2 and 3 are out of the other and your graphic card is at 76 c so the fan must be running at full speed also try this one to campare the temp with your http://www.hwinfo.com/

As Jay said, It's your CPU fan maxing it's speed to make sure your computer isn't going to overheat. The settings can usually be changed in the BIOS, but I wouldn't let it get much hotter without kicking the fan into high gear. Your video card will likely do the same. And you can expect that to happen sometimes when playing those games. The Witcher 2 can cook the 560 TI at max settings. I know, because I have the same card. Just download and run Speedfan and watch your temps. Try to keep CPU under 60C and video card under 80C or 75C.

I lower the fan speed with speedfan so?? well but even with the fan maxed, the video card was 76 Celsius, CPU was 59 Celsius, if i lower the fan speed wouldn`t it overheat???

Could be possible, you could try new thermal paste or get a new quieter cooler.

i would leave the cpu fan on auto until you do what jay_nar2012 suggest you and if you could add a front panel case fan to send more air on the gpu

so i go at a PC store and ask the guy for a new thermal paste?? any suggestions regardings the thermal paste?

Clean off the old thermal paste and don't put on too much or too little.

All thermal paste is good, Arctic Silver 5 and MX-4 is usually considered the best.
