Computer making a loud ringing sound

I installed a new PSU much bigger than the previous with a giant fan on it that the other did not have.
I am now getting an extermely irritating high pitched ringing noise. I have the sound file if you know what it is let me know or if its normal or not.

Yes, the sound is normal, but your PSU sounds like it is too big.

Nah the PSU isnt big Its same size I meant the fan was much bigger.
But if the sound is normal then im cool with it because its working.
