Question Computer making flashing white beams in games and applications

My computer recently started making these white flashing beams in some games and apps and I don't know whats causing it or how to get rid of it. It happens in the left side of the screen only.. It's definitely a game and app breaker, actually it ruins my pc completely... Does anybody knows ANYTHING about how to fix this problem I really don't know what to do or where it is coming from. Thank you!

Download the latest drivers for your GPU place them on your desktop get

remove everything after restarting it will probably be 640x480 not great instal your AMD/NVIDIA drivers and hopefully should fix your problem

Thanks for your reply. After trying to delete everything (NVidia drivers) - and installing them again, the problem persists unfortunately.
