Graphics intense computer games makes my computer start make a static noise that increases in volume and if I continue playing it eventually shuts my computer off.

I don't remember if I got a bluescreen when it happened or if the computer just restarted..

This is a screenshot of hwmonitor while the pc is under load and the noise is present: https://imgur.com/a/snfdo1u
I'm not tech-savvy at all but these temps and voltages are normal right?

My psu is: Corsair CX750M, 750W
Might it be failing?

Computer is getting too hot, that accounts for the increased noise as the fans try harder to cool it down but fighting a losing battle, eventually the PC shuts down to protect components from permanent damage. You need to post your system's full specifications, and it may also be in dire need of a good clean inside with an air-blower as accumulation of dust on the fans & other components can have detrimental effect on cooling efficiency.
