Computer Making Noises

My specs are:
Intel i7 4790k
16GB ram
Msi z97
Optical drive
2 hard drives 
Cx750 psu

The problem/concern: When I turn on the pc all is good the fans are quiet. When I load up a game such as csgo the fans start becoming very very loud, and one time I tested my fps on minecraft and it crashed it the fans go very fast when i have very high fps on minecraft, and when on 15fps they are all quiet. Also it seems the fans on h100i v2 radiator is the loudest l.

I have applied thermal compoud to h100i v2 block.

What are your temperatures? Did you use thermal paste?

What are your temperatures? At idle, and during gaming?
