Computer Making Wierd Sound Just Bought 1 Month Ago

Hey guys, So I have had this problem with my computer for about 2-3 weeks literally 1 week after I bought it I noticed that it was making a weird buzz that would come and go after a while playing games.

Its a pre build HP gaming desktop

Specs

-GTX 960
-I7 6700
-16GB of Ram
Windows 10

it looks like a mess of cables in there try cleaning them up and stashing them out of the way of fans and other moving/vibrating parts, that would be the first thing
second thing- it could be a failing hard drive it would be a fan failing (yes even on new computers fans fail)
at this time the video is a great help but first thing is first clean up the cables and try to isolate the noise so you know what component it is coming from

the biggest thing is that its not all the time its almost like it comes on and off some days it wont even happen.

again we need more info please clean up the wires and try to isolate where the sound comes from next time it happens
