I saw that my computer was getting very dusty so I decided to unhook everything (turning off the PSU) and dust it. Two screws fell onto the motherboard and I thought that was what is contributing to my current problems. When I went to hook everything back up I connected my Monitor's display cables to the GPU and turned on the Computer, then I got No Signal warnings and tried re-inserting the GPU, when that didn't work I just hooked them up to my Motherboard. Now I am having problems opening the Nvidia control panel and I tried right clicking on my desktop to get to the drop-down menu, all there is is the spinning blue circle, but when I go to the task bar or the internet it goes away and becomes a normal cursor. I can also open programs
from the desktop but not from the search bar on the bottom left.

Update: Ok it seems as though I only cannot open Nvidia control panel, the rest of my problems are just my computer being generally slow and annoying things like trying to open certain things in Avg.

i don't think the screws would be slowing down desktop, but you should find them as they might short out other parts and cause damage later on. Not a good idea having metal floating around in a PC.

Did you try restarting PC (not turning it on/off, use the restart command)

can you access the start button? try right clicking it and choose command prompt (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter

this scans system files and may fix this behaviour

So the screws fell in when I forgot to screw them all the way when dusting my radiator for the liquid cooler, so I just thought those could have scratched something or me touching inner components could damage them. In restarting the PC, I did everything I could and I now have access to most other things and things are running a bit better after running the scan. Now my main issue is getting my computer to recognize my GPU and I did make a post about that right after this one (which was a little unwise of me) which can be found here . Thanks a lot for your help and the scan really did help with my slowing and general bugginess of the PC.
