First off my computer has always worked fine when going idle, the computer would go into sleep mode after an hour or hibernation mode which ever one, when the computer seems to be off when its not and power light blinks. About three days ago my computer started acting weird when i let it go idle instead of it cutting off after sitting the monitor will say no signal but the computer will still be running fans on and everything, if i click on the mouse or press buttons on keyboard nothing happens only thing i can do is cut off the computer or press the reset button on the case. i dont know why it started this all of a sudden but i need help fixing i hate having to turn off and on by the power button when it does this.

Check your BIOS version. If it's older than version 1.5, update it.

Install all of these drivers:

Extreme3 audio: http://66.226.78.22/downloadsite/Drivers/All/Audio/Realtek_Audio(v7560).zip

Intel chipset .inf package: http://66.226.78.22/downloadsite/Drivers/Intel/INF/INF(v11.0.0.1156).zip

Intel management engine driver: http://66.226.78.22/downloadsite/Drivers/Intel/Others/ME(v10.1.1.8).zip

Realtek Windows 10 LAN driver: http://66.226.78.22/downloadsite/Drivers/All/LAN/Realtek_Lan(v1002).zip

Then follow that up by doing the following, even if you're on the most recent GPU drivers, so Windows will stop changing the drivers out for versions that are not recommended, which it DOES do in Windows 10...
Check the product page for your motherboard to see if you have the most recent motherboard bios version.

Turn off the "fast restart" feature in the control panel power options.

Make sure you have ALL of the listed Windows 10 drivers installed, according to the motherboard product page for your model. Don't trust the native Microsoft supplied drivers and don't trust any update utilities to be accurate. That includes any bios updating utilities. They are wrong more often than not and many times there ARE newer versions available even if the utility says there's not so check manually against any installed versions.

I'll just throw this out there too, since it's been the only way to resolve a lot of these issues that have cropped up after upgrading to windows 10, and that is, it's probably a good idea to do a clean install if you only upgraded. The majority of otherwise unresolvable issues have disappeared for most people after doing so.

Knowing your hardware specs would be helpful.

And be sure to turn of the fast restart feature in the control panel options.
