computer monitor goes black

Im playing my game n my monitor starts to turn off & on by its self with the game still running ive put a new DVI cord to solve it but that didnt work do i need a new monitor pls someone help

did you check the gpu temp and the system also it could be overheathing .

dust off all the fan and cooler with a few can of compressed air dont forget to do this the system off and hold a fan blade to prevent rotation for the cleaning .

Okay cud it always be my power supply i have A 600w n im Runnin a ame radeon r7 260x

first you need to test that gpu in another system your cpu seams powerfull enough .
