Question Computer monitor screen is flickering and blurry.

Hello. I've been using my gaming pc for a long time and I recently just got a new gaming monitor which was an LG. There's one issue I have. The computer monitor keeps flickering and blurring out the screen whenever I use my computer. Is there any causes for this? I've tried to use Winzip driver updater and the firewall setting s are preventing me from doing so.
