Computer Mouse Issue

When I move right It mostly goes down, when I move left it moves up, I've had like 3 mouses and it had the exact same problem? Do you think it's a problem with the Computer USBs, or possibly windows options

Either your mouse is rotated 90 degrees clockwise or your monitor is. There are no user accessible settings in Windows 8 that will rotate mouse input for generic mice (though software for gaming mice often include secondary functions).

Could also be an old-school prank virus like those that were popular back in the 90s, though I don't think anyone makes those anymore.
