I don't think windows 7 was completely installed on my computer when rent a center fixed my computer. i have the product key, but am unsure what to do?

Get the ISO https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7

Use Rufus if you have a flash drive http://rufus.akeo.ie/

Put a flash drive in a port. If it's got a UEFI BIOS select GPT partition if it doesnt select MBR

Add the ISO click on start. If you want anything off the flash drive copy it. Because Rufus will format it

Need some details here, what exactly is happening? Is Windows installed? If yes, what is not working? Need details about the issue. Why can't you contact whoever did the repair and check with them what they did.
