Question Computer needs to be force restarted to work

I recently installed 16gb of ddr4 3200mhz ram into my pc and now when i start it, it displays nothing on the screen but if i force shut it down then restart 3-4 times it will finally display a image then run fine help??

Bronze rated 500watt power supply, gtx 1060 6gb, i5 7500. It is really weird this happened right after i installed new ram i dont think its the psu this computer is 2 years old
