Computer Needs Vsync And Never Used To

My computer is an MSI GE40 and it needs Vsync with every game I play and this never used to happen before. I recently reset my computer and ever since that every game requires Vsync other it runs choppy and trash. Please try help.

For some reason my GE40 dragon eyes needs to have vsync when it never need it before. After reseting my PC it now needs VSync and also runs bad with fxaa which never happened before hand. Without Vsync it is choppy and bad. Some games with vsync dont work as well for me so having vsync on it a problem. Please help.
