Computer no longer boots up (Can't access/find BIOS)

Hello, my computer (Toshiba Satellite), will boot up, and will freeze on the "Toshiba-Leading Innovation" screen. Can anyone help?

first try to access to bios - with F5, F12, F11 or del - then search for if exist load fail safe deafults. If not, try this.

use your Warranty or
remove all cables, battary and open the laptop - search for the Bios battary (CR2032) and remove it for 15 seconds
then install the battary again
and start the laptop
