Up until a few hours ago my computer was working fine and then my monitors flashed and went black while my computer kept running. I reset my computer hoping to fix the problem but my computer no longer posts.

I have a
Z170A Pro Motherboard
i7 - 7700k CPU
16gb of Corsair and gskill ram (Bought a new kit to check)
evga 650 g Power supply
GTX 1070

The z170a EZ Debug lights show that the CPU light flashes on and off then the DRAM light stays on for about 10 seconds before it just turns off the VGA light never even comes on. I have tried swapping the ram around even going so far as getting new ram just to check and that hasn't help the computer post at all.

Solution
I'm betting it's the Power Supply. Your results show that it is passing the memory check. This means it has checked the CPU and saw no issues, likewise with the Ram. Add in the fact that this issue occurs on 2 separate boards, and the common component is the PSU.
More than likely, one of the rails has started to fail, so that it can power the board enough to start the boot, but not enough juice to fully load the system components to initiate a full post.
Strip out the RAM, GPU, and other add-in cards, as wee as disconnect HDD's, and try to boot with only MB and CPU. If it throws a memory error at you, add a single stick to one slot and retry.
Slowly add components until the computer stops posting.
If it doesn't post with CPU, MB, and stick of RAM (try them all, one at a time), then it's the CPU or the MB.

So after returning the ram because it didn't seem to help I got a new mother board and have it currently hooked up to the power supply with just the CPU and a Stick of ram in it. It is a GA-Z270-HD3. It have 4 lights on it to help diagnose problem, When I boot it up the cpu light goes on and then off the DRAM light stay light for like 5 seconds and then switches off then it turns on the VGA and that stays on until the computers turns itself off and back on only to do the same thing again. I've tried restting the CMOS on both this MB and the previous one

If the new MB is doing the same thing, with only CPU and Ram (no HDD's attached), then it's most likely a bad Power supply or possibly a short in the case.
Make sure the Hard drive is not connected, as bad drives will cause post hang-ups also.

To rule out the case, build the MB, CPU, Ram combo on a table and connect a PSU to it. You can turn the board on by placing a screwdriver across the 2 power button pins on the front panel header of the MB.

The computer is currently built as just the MB 1 RAM the CPU and a cooler on top of the MB box. It's still just showing the vga light on in the ga z270 and it still shuts off without posting. So the case shouldn't be an issue. Currently there is a cmos speaker and there is no beep code. But if we pull out the ram it gives us a long beep meaning there is no ram

Other possibilities could be bent pins in the MB CPU socket (unlikely in both boards if you are careful), a faulty CPU graphics IC (again, unlikely because you have a GPU), or have incorrect/loose wiring. But again, the likely culprit is PSU. The integrated graphics would require quite a bit extra power to initiate, and could be why the VGA light stays on, signifying a vga issue (which we know is unlikely the real issue). You could also try flashing the MB with the newest bios to see if that helps.
